What are your shipping rates?
We offer zoned flat rates. Within Ontario we offer a flat rate of $12 and outside Ontario a flat rate of $14.

Do you offer local pickup?
We offer Pick Up at our studio which is located at 103 1/2 Mary St W, Whitby ON, L1N 2R4 as well in Bowmanville at Markets Ontario located at 62 King St W.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
Once your order has been picked and packed you will get an order status email advising you that your order is now ready for pick up. Please check your spam as notifications sometimes go there.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept payment via PayPal & Credit card via Shopify online payments.
Can I come in and shop your studio in person?
Yes! We are now open for in person shopping during our pick up hours which can be found HERE
When can I expect my items to ship?
Our current turn around time for ready to ship is 4-6 Business days. Processing times may increase during promotions, releases or sales.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes we do! There is an option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries yes. To get a shipping quote please email us prior to checkout for an approx quote.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to covid/hygiene. Please be sure you address ALL questions or concerns prior to checkout. Returns and/or refunds are only granted if the wrong product was sent or if the product is defective otherwise all sales are final. If there is ever an issue please reach out to us first we will try to work with you the best we can.
